Lancome, why is the nightcream thinner than the daycream?

I thought night creams are suppose to be thicker than day creams. How can you tell fakes from reals?|||the only difference is that day cream have sun block in it which it makes less thinner, buy them in a store or Internet i never bought a fake cream have a nice day|||I dont think there are any "fakes from reals", I think its just the difference in different companies and their products.
