Can I return my mascara to Lancome?

I bought a mascara at Lancome, used it once and was not happy with the results. It was also hard to use. Can I return it? Meaning, will I have any problems? I paid cash and bought it at a lancome Boutique.|||You cant get your money back but you can do an even exchange.Or pay the difference on the other item. If it has been less than 30 days..and if you still have your receipt.Yeah they will give you a hard time but it can be done. All they will do it trash the old mascara because of bacteria. They prefer to keep a customer than to lose one.|||Nope

once its been used you cant

bacteria from your eye goes on the brush into the tube

plus its open

What is the difference between Lancome Bi-facil and Lancome Effacil makeup remover?

Lancome bi-facil has an oil base and will take off ALL makeup, including waterproof makeup. Effacil will only take off non-waterproof makeup. I have used the bi-facil FOREVER and I love it. It is very gentle on your eyes (no burning, etc.) yet is really strong and will remove even waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Remember you have to shake the bi-facil to activate it. You can read about these on Lancome's website..it's really informative. Either one you choose, they are both great products! Good luck!|||bi-facil i got because its more of a better makeup remover cos its really tough and get mascara off and everything its more for the regular lids. , effacil is like a makeup remover lotion it has a more calming ingredients for people who are allergic to most stuff and its better for the sensitive eyes.

i used bi-facil its really tough action get my waterproof mascara off i love it but .. i find it kinna greasy but i wash my face after so it doesn't bother me at all but you really wanna try the bi facil they always have this promo where you get this free gift when you spend $$ amount of stuff :].

i think im going back to my neutrogena though its cheaper and i kinna find it to work the same on my lids i cant tell about your but do try the bifacil it might work better on your lids then mines :] i hope this helped love|||Effacil is made more for sensative skin. lancome sells 97 bottles of bifacil to 3 bottles of effacil.

Eye creams....how good are the expensive ones like Lancome and Estee Lauder?

I want to change my eye cream and have been wondering whether I should go for the expensive ones, seeing as I am 35. Over the past years I have used the cheaper brands...Nivea, Garnier, Loreal and for the last year, Specifics (Seventeen). What do women my age use? Should i go for an expensive one or is something cheaper just as good or better? Please give me some suggestions (preferrably not the ones I have mentioned I've already used in the past). Also, your suggestions don't necessarily have to be well known brands...they could be a good cream you've found that has worked for you. Thanks.|||Well I like estee lauder then again I believe you get what you pay for, then again it's horses for courses, trial and error it's what rocks your boat.鈾?br>

PS I am near same age so I know what your feeling,,LOL|||I've been using the MAC eye cream - LOVE IT!! Go into their store and sample it.|||I have used Clinique's anti-gravity eye cream ($37) and loved it but after a while I guess my eyes got used to the product and it didn't seem to work as well anymore. Now I'm back to using L'oreal and it works great. So it's not the price that determines the quality, you should try out diff. ones and see which one suits you most.|||I have had the same question. I tried cheap ones and expensive ones. I would say that expensive ones do leave a different feeling. But it depends from your skin i guess.

On me, i have found out that the expensive ones leave a comfortable moist feeling for the day while the area under my eye look very well when i return home, the cheap ones leave a feelin lasting for 1-2 hours and i dont see any permanent results.

I have tried Clinique, Lancome, Helena Rubinstein and Guerlain for the eye area

For me (again, this is personal), "Issima Eye Mythic" from Guerlain made wonders, i can feel the skin around my eyes almost permanently soft and comfortable. But its one of the most expensive ones..:(

The worst of all the expensives brands i tried is Clinique, its good thats without perfume but the result isnt that great as the ones from Lancome and Guerlain.|||They say it's all in the active ingredient... find out what the active ingredient is in the product you want to try, go to ebay in the health %26amp; beauty section, put the active ingredient in the search. You should find a few Ebay stores that sell the stuff to make your own version of these products. They sell a base and ALL of the big time active ingredients. I'm a cosmetologist and use them all the time. Do the ingredients these companies are using really make a difference? YES! My 15 year old had been suffering from psoriasis for two years, nothing we used helped. I went to Ebay and bought a small sample of Creme de La Mer Body Creme (one of the world's MOST expensive skincare lines) for her to put on her knees and ankles (the areas she was suffering); the results were nothing short of amazing. I could not afford the original Creme de La Mer, so I found the site on ebay to make my own. So, maybe you could buy a sample size of the product you are thinking about and then find the stores that sell the actives and make your own! Hope this helps.

P.S. I am 43 and using Arbonne, I LOVE IT. I have been using the entire line and I bought it off Ebay.

YSL Young Sexy Lovely OR Lancome Miracle?

YSL Young Sexy Lovely OR Lancome Miracle

Which do you prefer and which in your opinion smells nicer. I am planning on buying ONE, but I have ONLY smelt Miracle and not YSL!!|||Miracle.|||Smelt? ...smelled. Anyway, "Miracle" is beautiful. Try ALLURE, from Chanel, too...it is gorgeous!

I was thinking of trying the line of skin care from Lancome, has anyone tried it?

Do you like it ?

Also how about their make up as well?|||I love their mascara ~~ Hypnose %26amp; Defincils.

Make an appointment at your local dept store to have Lancome Beauty Tech apply their makeup line %26amp; see for yourself.

Then you can decide for yourself if you like their products.

And you can always buy a mascara from them %26amp; not go wrong with that. It costs about $20 %26amp; worth getting when you have their makeup applied.

The beauty tech will also cover any skin care products you are interested in. They'll tell you what your skin type is ~~ be prepared for it to be costly.|||nope but i love clinique and shiseido is the best :]

Which mascara do you prefer: Lancome Hypnose Drama or Definicils?

Why do you prefer this over the other?|||I think that both are good. The Lancome Hypnose adds volume while the Definicils is more lengthening and does not provide volume.

I like Hypnose Mascara best because it adds volume and is more noticeable. Even though in the description it doesn't say one of the benefits is lengthening, I think it made my lashes noticeably longer.

If you don鈥檛 need the volume, then Definicils is very good. It lengthens the lashes.

Hope this helps!

Lancome cells defincils mascara or Victorias secret pink pajama pants?

The pjs are soooo cute. But I'm out of mascara. They both cost 30 dollars and my dad only gives 30 dollars a week|||The Pajama Pants they last Wayyy longer than the mascara. Get the Mascara next time. Can i have a link to the Pants? lol|||You could get one of them one week and the other the next week, as another answerer suggested. I'd go with the pajama pants, they'll last you a lot longer. And I'm not crazy about the Definicils mascara, it's worse than some of the drugstore mascaras I've tried. Maybe you've had better results with it, but I don't think it's anything great. I actually like Givenchy mascara better if you're going to spend that amount of money.|||Buy one of them one week and the other the next week.
