I started using ABSOLUE premium from lancome replinishing cream and my acne broke out?

is this the effect it has on your skin while it's cleansing your skin or is that a allergic reaction?|||I'm pretty sure that's not the effect it's supposed to have on your skin. I woudl refrain from using it anymore, since it's obvioulsy not agreeing with you.
