Can you use Lancome Effacernes concealer on blemishes even though its intended for under eye circles?

Concealer is made to cover up blemishes so I think you could. If it can cover an under eye circle I'm pretty sure it can conceal a blemish.|||Its concealer so yeah i think so :)
